Unexpected results

Occasionally FontGenius might return results that seem totally unrelated to the original image. This is usually related to the image selection rectangle.

A few tips that might help:

* For best results, the selection rectangle should not extend beyond the edges of an image

* Make sure the color chip buttons in the main window accurately indicate the image foreground color (the left color chip button) and image background color (the right color chip button)

* You don't have to include all the letters in an image selection. Sometimes it's best leave out common and often indistinct letters (l, i, o, etc.) for better results
